I signed up to them but have had issues (100+ms consistent latency to a local datacenter) and their support just seem to be giving me the run around for a week with no resolution in sight. They have issues handling different currencies they request and further, they do not operate in the support hours they say they do. VPS instances are virtual machines that consume only some resources on the physical device in which they reside. The support is very slow, there are several planned and unplanned maintenance over the year. If your site doesn't use much CPU and use a lot of RAM than contabo is a good choice. They just revamped their website yesterday which looks pretty nice and makes them way more professional (their last website was so bad and outdated).
